NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC LAND
Local Government Act 1993 – Section 178
Circular Head Council advises of its intention to dispose of land at Anzac Park, 33A King Street, Smithton (Anzac Park Playrooms) being 2445 m2 and more particularly described in Certificate of Title 110439/1. The land is “public land” for the purposes of Section 178 Local Government Act 1993. A plan detailing the land can be viewed at Circular Head Council offices, 33 Goldie Street, Smithton or online at https://www.circularhead.tas.gov.au/publicnotices
Submissions regarding the disposal of the land are to be made in writing to the General Manager, Circular Head Council, PO Box 348, Smithton, 7330 or council@circularhead.tas.gov.au to be received no later than 5pm Monday 5 October 2026. Council will consider submissions before making a final decision on disposing of the land
