Visitor Information Centre

Circular Head's visitor information centre is housed in the Duck River Pavilions in Smithton.

It shares the building with the Circular Head Heritage Centre, a theatrette and a brand-new café facility.

The Visitor Information Centre is staffed by experienced and friendly locals with extensive local and regional knowledge. They are happy to assist with travel advice on all aspects of tourism in Circular Head and other parts of Tasmania, and can make bookings for guides, tours, accommodation, festivals and events.

Maps and brochures are available. Souvenirs, gifts, and books are also available for purchase.

There is also a small visitor information centre located at 10 Church Street, Stanley, adjoining the Stanley Town Hall.

The centre is unmanned, however it is filled with all the latest travel information, brochures, maps and things to do while visiting the region.
