Smithton Visitor Information Centre
Circular Head’s main Visitor Information Centre is located in the Duck River Pavilions in Smithton. The building is also home to the Circular Head Heritage Centre, a theatrette and a new café facility.
Staffed by knowledgeable and friendly locals, the centre offers travel advice for Circular Head and destinations throughout Tasmania. The team can also assist with bookings for accommodation, guided experiences, tours, festivals and events.
Visitors can browse a wide selection of maps and brochures, with souvenirs, gifts and books available for purchase.

Stanley Visitor Information Centre
A smaller, self-service Visitor Information Centre is located beside the Stanley Town Hall at 10 Church Street, Stanley.
Although the centre is unmanned, it contains current travel information, brochures, maps and suggestions for things to see and do throughout the region. A contact number is displayed in the window for visitors requiring further assistance.
