Information for Households
The Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) bin rollout across Circular Head is now complete.
If you are in an Urban Collection Zone and have not yet received your FOGO bin, please contact North West Resource Recovery & Recycling on hello@nwrrr.com.au or 03 6427 4646.
Whilst most households received information packs with their bins, some packs were missing during the rollout and a small number of households incorrectly received the wrong kit. To ensure everyone has the correct details, all households that received a bin will be mailed a new collection calendar and FAQs about the service. These mailouts will be sent shortly and should arrive within 1–2 weeks, ahead of the service commencing.
Your updated collection calendar is also available online:
Information for Businesses
Please note that businesses are not included in this rollout. Business owners will be contacted separately regarding changes to kerbside collections, including the shift to a fortnightly schedule.
