Getting Started
To register for eNotices, you will need your most recent paper rates notice or dog registration renewal notice.

You can find your eNotices Reference Number on your latest paper notice. Look for the eNotices logo and the reference number printed underneath it.
Step 3
Check your email inbox and click the validation link.
Step 4
Create a password and enter your mobile number.
That's it. Your future rates notices and dog registration renewal notices will be sent directly to your email address.
