The Hospital provides the Smithton Community with 12 acute care beds, an Accident and Emergency Service and Visiting Services such as Radiology, Diabetic Clinic and Obstetric Services. Smithton District Hospital is a teaching site for a number of health disciplines.
The Hospital operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Other services located within the hospital operate Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
