Effective 01 November 2010 the Circular Head and Waratah-Wynyard Councils have implementing an updated "Works in Road Reservation" permit system.
In accordance with Section 46 of the Local Government (Highways) Act, from the 01 November 2010 works can only be undertaken in a Circular Head Council or Waratah-Wynyard Council road reservation after receiving this permit.
