Smithton Sports Centre

The Smithton Sports Centre, located at 110-114 Nelson Street, is a multi-use facility offering a wide range of indoor sport and recreation activities. These include:

• Badminton
• Table tennis
• Squash (four courts)
• Basketball
• Volleyball
• Indoor bowls
• Indoor netball

Clubrooms in the centre are available to all users and there is a licensed viewing area.
Lighting is operated by a token system, with tokens available through the Circular Head Council at 33 Goldie Street, Smithton.
 
There is potential for other recreation and social activities to be held at the Centre.

The Centre is run by a committee of volunteers with user group representation.
